When you submit an enquiry or requirement, it constitutes a request — not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and you accept the quoted price and terms. Payment terms, including any advance amount, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with the agreed payment terms. All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing rates and reflected in your invoice. Title to the goods passes only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We arrange delivery to the address provided by you at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as transport availability, weather, road conditions or force majeure events. While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, we are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. You are responsible for ensuring suitable access and arrangements for unloading at the delivery site.
Because TMT steel is supplied against confirmed bulk orders, cancellations may be subject to charges if the order has already been processed or dispatched. Any cancellation request must be communicated to us as early as possible. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified supply error or material defect, subject to inspection and the relevant manufacturer's policy. Claims regarding quantity or quality must be raised at the time of delivery.
